We fabricate aerospace/military assemblies/parts in-house from scratch, specializing in legacy "build to print" jobs on the following weapon systems: F-15 Eagle, F/A-18C Hornet, B-1B Lancer, T-38 Talon, TOW ITAS Missile, KC-135 Stratotanker.
3D Models in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) and AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) are available for all components and assemblies.
We have a strict policy of 100% conformance on all parts. We never ask our customers to accept waivers, deviations, etc. All nonconforming parts are immediately scrapped.
Ballistic Windows and Doors / Solar Windows and Doors:
Starting in 2020, our first in-house design and manufacturing effort will focus on windows and doors, both ballistic and solar.
Our ballistic windows and doors can be fabricated to any size, and will stop 5 rounds of 7.62mm rifle lead core full metal copper jacket, military ball, grouped within a 10 inch diameter. All ballistic assemblies are tested at our on-site shooting range for real-world assurance.
Our solar windows and doors are fully transparent. They can be used as off-grid standalone power for LED lighthing, small appliances, laptops, cell phones, etc. They can also be wired to whole-house charging systems.
